Anu Monga has a distinguished career in school leadership always pushing the benchmark standard of excellence. She has more than thirty years of senior leadership experience having worked in different capacities with leading schools in Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai and Kodaikanal, and continues to be an active player in building partnerships to promote quality education. She serves in many national and international boards and accreditation teams, and works with governments around the world promoting educational collaborations. Anu views schools as structures of joy, and her life commitment has been to look at the student as central to any classroom pedagogy and believes that one of the assured criteria for an effective pedagogy is a happy school, which is why she strives to shape supportive organizational cultures which are inclusive.

She believes that the art of running a successful school rests, not just in finding the right people, but ensuring that everyone is intrinsically motivated to grow together. This requires heart-led leadership skills, the ability to listen, understanding what motivates people, and providing the necessary training and infrastructural support. Via TAISI, she has managed to build a professional development community with schools across India. Her strength and passion has always been to take projects and challenges that need to be worked on and breathe new life into them.

Harini has a Bachelor’s in Mass Media (Specialised in Advertising) with a Post Graduate Diploma in Advertisement, Media & Events. Harini is a hard-working young woman who is also equally passionate about education just like the team. She was also one of the core team members of the Green School For Girls project and has worked in the field of education in different roles.

A go-getter, multi-talented and one of the most resourceful people. Shahbaz Chatriwala joined team TAISI, took every task delegated to him and delivered with the best solutions. Being an integral team player and the light of a party, he can juggle both with perfection. An entrepreneur and an ardent believer in the power of education, Shahbaz and TAISI’s vision for the children align.

After graduating from St. Xavier’s College with an undergraduate degree in Sociology and Anthropology, She gained rich experience interning with Ogilvy, Banyan Roots Organisation and Teach For India.
Being closely connected with Teach For India she helped them in recruiting fellows into the program.
She later joined Clap Global to create a global ripple of her passion, the passion being education and the true belief that there are a lot of gaps to be filled in our system.
Jyoti is now an integral part of the TAISI community. Having worked with many educational organizations and institutes , she has shown an impeccable drive and dedication towards an approach in improving the educational world through TAISI. She leads the team into being the best versions of themselves through her wisdom and experience in the field of education.

Hashim Roowala joined the world of education when he started as a music educator, at a well known music school In mumbai. Inclined towards music since childhood and now having 10+ years of experience in the field of music, Hashim guides many little souls into a world where thoughts & emotions are expressed through the art of music. Having coached over 200 students within the past few years alone, he is now determined towards the goal of a future, where children’s education evolves into relevancy & where learning is based & customized on strengths and inclination of students.
